In our experience every conflict is unique and requires an intervention tailored specifically to those circumstances. Our conflict resolution services fall into two broad categories.
Internal conflict resolution: do you have a dysfunctional leadership team, are you a collection of individuals all pulling in your own directions, do you have key people who are unable or unwilling to operate collegiately or support each other? We can help you to resolve these challenges through our conflict mediation and negotiation services.
External conflict resolution: Here our focus is on resolving conflicts between partner organisations, contractors and suppliers. Again our approach will be tailored to the specific circumstances but we will usually adopt the following model:
